Reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and bond with your baby in this nurturing Mom & Baby Yogilates class for postpartum moms and little ones (8 weeks to 24 months). We blend gentle yoga stretching with Pilates-based core work to support recovery, pelvic floor and glute strength, posture, and overall balance.
Your baby can stay by your side, and may be included in a few movements, as we move, breathe, and reset together in a warm, supportive space.
