Our Story
Founded in 2025, Corso Movement was brought to life with a simple goal, promote physical and mental wellness in a space where everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk in. For many, finding a place to move that feels both welcoming and inspiring can be harder than it should be. Corso Movement was built to offer exactly that.
Here, Pilates and yoga are more than workouts, they’re a way to pause, recharge, and move with intention. Life already asks so much; you shouldn’t have to plan your own playlist, design your own workout, or push through on your own. At Corso Movement, you can simply arrive, and be guided as you strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and restore your energy.
Every detail from the class experience to the welcoming front desk is intentionally designed to make your wellness journey effortless and fully supported. Whether the goal is challenge, calm, or simply a break from the noise of the day, there will always be a place to belong here.

Meet Your Instructors

Carla
Carla is a movement lover who believes strength and softness can coexist. Her classes are challenging, intentional, and always sprinkled with good energy. A long-time yoga teacher turned Lagree and Pilates instructor, she helps clients connect to their power through movement. When she’s not teaching, she’s exploring new places or chasing after her two dogs, Mini and Harvey.

Susie is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Teacher and Yoga Instructor who has been guiding movement since 2017. Whether you find her on the mat, reformer, caddy, chair, or barrel (yes, even that one!), Susie brings a creative, energizing approach to every class. Her style blends functional movement with strength, breath, and body awareness - all delivered with a sense of curiosity and playfulness. Susie believes movement is more than just exercise; it’s a way to build confidence, connect to your body, and leave class feeling stronger inside and out. Expect a challenging class with thoughtful sequencing, full-body integration, self-reflection, and moments that make you proud of yourself.

She specializes in women’s wellness from a holistic perspective that integrates Pilates, intentional movement, cycle-aligned training, and hormone-supportive eating habits. Her classes are designed to help you feel strong, aligned, and deeply connected to your body.

Ana Paula

Hailey
Hailey’s classes are playful, powerful, and grounded—sometimes even a little spicy. She fell in love with yoga at a young age and developed a deep practice that helps her live a meaningful, balanced life, and believes that yoga is truly for everybody. Her classes are powerful, playful and rooted, encouraging you to explore your own edge through breath and intentional movement. Outside the studio, catch Hailey on a long hike, a coffee tour of Toronto, curating a killer playlist for any occasion (including her classes) or bingeing reality TV.

Hailey
Hailey’s classes are playful, powerful, and grounded—sometimes even a little spicy. She fell in love with yoga at a young age and developed a deep practice that helps her live a meaningful, balanced life, and believes that yoga is truly for everybody. Her classes are powerful, playful and rooted, encouraging you to explore your own edge through breath and intentional movement. Anna
With a background in psychology, massage and theatre threaded to a twenty-year yoga practice, Anna is constantly inspired by the mind-body connection and its impact on and off the mat. She teaches mat pilates, vinyasa, yin, restorative and somatic yoga. Anna's approach is heavily rooted in functional mobility (for a strong, accessible and safe practice), neuroscience (for nervous system regulation) and fluid choreography (for fun and feel-good sequencing) with systematic cues, and touch leading to a sense of presence, empowerment and ease that extends beyond the practice room.

Anna

Much like dance, Eleanor’s classes have flow, stillness, breath, intensity, music, and a sense of aliveness. You’ll often hear her say, “choose your own adventure” an invitation to honor what you need. Come to her class as you are, with an open mind, and she’ll be there to challenge you, offer options, and create space to explore and play.

The main objective is to provide you with the skills to move easier in your everyday life. She is so grateful to be part of this amazing community. Audrey can’t wait to move with you!
